Pinnacle Laboratory Services offer a complete equipment installation & commissioning service.  Be it for new “out of the box” installation or re-installation of used or relocated systems, our factory trained customer support engineers will offer a full service from site preparation advise through to final hardware installation and commissioning.

Where required, hardware commissioning can be followed up with all required qualification services ( IQ/OQ/PQ).  Once completed, our support engineer will leave the customer with a fully traceable document set complying with all international regulatory agency requirements for GLP, GMP/cGMP, etc.

We are also pleased to offer users complete post installation equipment familiarisation and a full programme of training courses to make the fullest and most productive use of their equipment.
